Madrid Call: New Contemporary Library

Madrid, Spain | 2020

A vortex with its dynamism conveys the tensions of the surrounding urban network into a new sheltered square; a park provides seats and spaces, allowing to comfortably admire the historical heritage of the city; a public space offers itself to citizens and tourists by fluidly linking interior and exterior, library and park, which dialogue in absolute continuity.
